ROAD-TESTED, CREW-APPROVED
Every seasoned tour professional understands the indispensable role of safety and ergonomics in crafting quality road cases. When these cases are ergonomically designed, teams operate more efficiently and with reduced risk of injury. Countless days on the road and first-hand experiences have shaped the safety and ergonomic design of our cases. Below, you can explore some of the unique features we use to help keep your crew safe and efficient on the road.
After all, the well-being of your crew isn't just crucial—it's the cornerstone of every successful tour.
All our road cases come fitted with auto castors that intuitively align with the wheel pockets of the case below it, preventing manual alignment hassles and finger injuries. Auto castors are also a game changer when it comes to stacking cases with a forklift.
Whether bumping over a cable run or team-lifting heavy cases, ergonomic lifting positions prioritize crew safety, reducing strain and preventing injuries.
Lid holdbacks come standard on our cases and secure the case lid in an open position, eliminating the risk of unexpected closures. Other case builders may deem this feature an "upgrade," but we believe in prioritizing safety right from the get-go.
Incorporating lifting rails into every case's 3/4" birch ply wheelboard is unique to Fiasco. These rails offer a secure, low-lifting grip, and ensure a safer position when pulling a stacked set of cases inside trucks.
