Fiasco SLAM Racks provide unparalleled protection against the harsh conditions of the road. Each one is precision cut and crafted by our team in Torrance, California, using top-of-the-line Penn Elcom hardware.

The 19" sub-frame is suspended in a Penn R8800 anti-vibration shock mount, cushioning your gear against even the most significant jolts. The result is a SLAM Rack that increases the lifespan of your valuable touring equipment.

The slam doors are securely mounted on hinged, sliding rails and can be neatly stowed away beside the rack ears when not in use, eliminating the need for additional storage space for lids.

Ball corners add further strength and structure to your SLAM Rack by shielding it against any direct punches it may encounter on the road. The overall rigid structure of the SLAM Rack also means it won’t trapezoid over time.

Each SLAM Rack features plenty of breathing space on the rack's sides - top, bottom, front, and back - helping to increase airflow around your gear and reduce the risk of overheating. 

Sufficient space between the slam doors and the rack itself means that you have the ability to keep cables patched, even when the doors are closed. 

8U SLAM Racks are great for transporting motor controllers, Clear-Com base units, power distros, audio i/o, DMX distros, and media servers. It's also strong enough for your heavier items, like audio amplifiers. 

Auto casters and stacking cups allow you to stack and pack your Fiasco SLAM Racks with any other Fiasco Rack or Road Case, no matter the size or footprint.
