24 x 60 LX Profile Case

The 24 x 60 LX Profile Case boasts several innovative features. Our design team reimagined the design from scratch to best accommodate zoom lenses. The result is a cutting-edge lighting road case that we believe is more space-efficient, more versatile, and more ergonomic than other existing options.

This 24 x 60 LX Profile Case takes up to 12 LED leko fixtures.

Not only is the LX Profile Case designed to take the newer wave of LED ellipsoidal luminaire fixtures, but it can also accommodate most zoom lens configurations, unlike standard trunks. The case can take lights fitted with any of the standard 14º to 50º lens options for fixed focus, as well as 15º–30º and 25–50° zoom options.

The case works with the ETC Source Four LED, Elation Profiles and Ellipsoidals, Chauvet Professional Ovation Ellipsoidals, Martin ELP Ellipsoidals range, and any other profile lights that share the same general dimensions. The case is also compatible with the traditional Source Four. This versatility means the case will be a total solution for production companies.

The case does not work 12up for the Chauvet Reve but we do offer a 8up version in the same 24 x 60 external case if you have need.

Our foldable, semi-detachable sides mean the lift-over height of the case is significantly lower than standard cases. This allows for easy, ergonomic access to profile lights. Since the dimensions are compatible with other Fiasco cases, both models of the case fit within the larger “Truck Packology” system.

A perfect fit in any transport, 24 x 60 cases are optimized for 96" & 90" Truck Packology:
  • Pack 4 side-by-side in 96" box-trucks and semi-trailers
  • Combine with a 24 x 30 Case or rack end-to-end to go 2 wide in shipping containers and 90" box-trucks

If you have zoom lenses / a mixture of zoom and fixed lenses, your best options are:

24 x 30 LX Profile Case (6-Up)
24 x 60 LX Profile Case (12-Up) (this case)

If you only have fixed-focus lenses, your best options might be:

24 x 30 Tall Case with LX Divider (6-Up)

24 x 60 Tall Case LX with Divider (12-Up)

“I used to work with Matt and Joe (Fiasco owners) on shows. It’s nice that Fiasco Cases have been designed by people who have been on the road, know what it’s like to lift a case, and be on-site with one. We’ve been able to plan our truckloads and get a very good idea of how much equipment will fit in a truck before the truck turns up to be loaded. Because the dimensions are consistent and compatible, there are no surprises when packing the truck. It just makes our truck loads a lot faster and you don’t have something sticking out that doesn’t fit in the truck. I love the build quality of the cases too. Knowing the guys, I know that “shortcut” is not in the Fiasco vocabulary; everything has to be done right.”

“All our trucks are 90in or 96in in width, that’s the crucial number for road cases. With Fiasco Cases because everything’s a factor of that width, you can maximize the ability to get cases across the trucks. I reckon it halves the loading time.”

“We have had a few other brands over the years and even over the space of purchases made six months apart there were variants in sizing: an eighth to half an inch, which is a pain to this day. We got to a point where we realized that the consistent sizing of Fiasco Cases was helping us to pack a truck with Fiasco Cases twice as fast as it took us using non-standardized road cases. That efficiency has improved our load in and outs on jobs hugely. It has changed our thinking about how we spec jobs too. Even at the start when speccing for various venues, we have in our mind how many cases we’ll need and how many are going to go in the truck and the weights and adjust accordingly.”
